By accessing or using the 123ph7 platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understood their content.
• You unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the 123ph7 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

123ph7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the 123ph7 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 123ph7 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 123ph7 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the payment source after investigation.
2. Residency: The 123ph7 platform is operated for and primarily directed at players located in the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from outside the Philippines are solely responsible for ensuring that their use complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from lawfully entering into gambling agreements in your jurisdiction.
4. Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or regulatory restriction on gambling that applies to the 123ph7 platform.
5. Not Acting on Behalf of Another: You must be registering and playing for your own personal recreational use. You may not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity or payment instruments.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 123ph7 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 123ph7 employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and any bonuses forfeited. Withdrawal of Real Money Funds may be subject to investigation delays.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the 123ph7 platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 123ph7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs. You agree to: (a) select a strong, unique password not used for any other service; (b) not share your credentials with any other person; (c) notify 123ph7 immediately upon suspicion of unauthorized access to your account. 123ph7 will never ask for your password through any support channel.

4.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 123ph7 requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include: PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, and Postal ID. 123ph7 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in connection with PAGCOR compliance or Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 123ph7 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, Coins.ph, and USDT. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at 123ph7's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. 123ph7 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though payment providers and responsible gaming tools applied to individual accounts may impose their own limits.

5.3 Processing. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the Player's 123ph7 Wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases. Processing times for other payment methods vary. 123ph7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.4 Player-Owned Funds. All deposits must be made from payment accounts owned and registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.5 No Deposit Fees. 123ph7 does not charge transaction fees on standard GCash and Maya deposits. Third-party payment providers may impose their own fees for which 123ph7 accepts no liability.

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. A Player may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds only after completing KYC verification as described in Section 4.4. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.

6.3 Processing Time. 123ph7 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are typically thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, maintenance, or additional compliance review. 123ph7 does not guarantee specific processing times.

6.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 123ph7 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a specific payment method in accordance with AMLA and PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations.

6.5 Verification Holds. 123ph7 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request while identity verification, bonus compliance, or AMLA checks are conducted. Players will be notified of any such hold and the estimated timeframe for resolution.

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional offers made available by 123ph7 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms stated on the relevant promotional page. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to complete Wagering Requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any accrued bonus winnings.

7.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise specified. 123ph7 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers or winnings where evidence of abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotions is detected.

7.4 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have fully completed registration. Specific bonuses may have additional eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit thresholds, game type restrictions, or time-limited opt-in windows.

8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 123ph7 platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply with respect to gameplay mechanics; these Terms apply in all other respects.

8.2 Random Number Generation. All 123ph7 games that use automated outcomes (including slots, virtual table games, and bingo) employ Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. 123ph7 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or system error during gameplay, 123ph7 reserves the right to declare the affected game round void. If a wager was placed but an outcome was not determined due to a technical fault, the wager amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet. 123ph7 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the voided wager.

8.4 Erroneous Odds or Prices. In the event of an obvious error in posted odds, prices, or game parameters — whether due to technical fault, human error, or data feed failure — 123ph7 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and refund the original wager. 123ph7 will not honor bets placed at prices that are manifestly incorrect.

8.5 Live Casino and Sports Betting. Live casino game results and sports betting outcomes are determined by real-time events and dealer actions. Once a bet is confirmed and the game round or event has commenced, bets cannot be cancelled or modified except where explicitly permitted by the specific game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 123ph7 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement as appropriate:

• Registering or accessing an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.

10.2 Available Tools. Every 123ph7 Player has access to the following responsible gaming tools from their account settings at any time, at no cost:

All content on the 123ph7 platform — including but not limited to the 123ph7 name, logo, brand elements, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of 123ph7 or is used under licence from its respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 123ph7 platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of 123ph7 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 123ph7 and its officers, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

13.2 123ph7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

13.3 123ph7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and accepts no liability for service outages, maintenance periods, or third-party connectivity failures outside its reasonable control.

14.1 By 123ph7. 123ph7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) a Player has violated these Terms; (b) account activity raises AMLA, fraud, or security concerns; (c) required by PAGCOR or other regulatory directive; or (d) 123ph7 determines in its reasonable discretion that continuation of the account relationship poses legal, reputational, or operational risk.

14.2 Funds on Closure. Upon termination of an account for a violation of these Terms, 123ph7 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where applicable and permitted by PAGCOR regulations, any Real Money Funds associated with the violation. Real Money Funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any required investigation.

14.3 By the Player. A Player may request closure of their 123ph7 account at any time by contacting customer support. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Self-exclusion requests are subject to the specific terms described in Section 10.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact 123ph7 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 123ph7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a formal complaint.

15.3 PAGCOR Oversight. As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, 123ph7 is subject to the regulatory oversight and dispute resolution mechanisms of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. Players who are unsatisfied with 123ph7's resolution of a formal complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

15.4 Jurisdiction. For any disputes that require judicial resolution, the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
